CLEANSING YOUR BRACELET

1. Under Running Water:
Simply place your crystals in running water to wash away the energies trapped in it.
2. Salt Water: You can place your crystals in a bowl full of salt water and leave overnight. Your stones
must be submerged completely in it. Next
day, rinse the crystals and pat dry them for use.
3. Sage Bundle: Pass it through sage to clear negative energy.
4. Sound Cleansing: Use a chime or singing bowl near it to reset its vibration.

CHARGING YOUR BRACELET

Selenite Plate: Leave it on the plate for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight.
Moonlight: The natural energies transmitted by the moon can put energies in your crystals. Simply place it in the moonlight overnight to recharge its loving energy.
