Exchange & Replacement Policy

At Nirvana Healing Essentials, we take great care in packaging and delivering our products. Due to the personal, spiritual, and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on any orders.

Exchanges & Replacements

We only provide exchanges or replacements in the following circumstances:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product received is significantly different from the item ordered.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, customers must record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

The video must:

  • Clearly show the sealed package before opening.

  • Show the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits.

  • Clearly display any damage, defect, or issue with the product.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product

Any exchange request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Unboxing video

  • Brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after 5 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for review.

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not provide exchanges, returns, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Personal preference or dislike of the product

  • Minor variations in color, shape, size, or natural characteristics of crystals and stones

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery

  • Customized, personalized, energized, activated, or made-to-order products

Approval of Exchange Requests

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team. If approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product or an equivalent alternative, depending on stock availability.
